What Is Chiropractic? Is Chiropractic Adjustment Safe?
Chiropractic Physicians are specifically trained to restore spinal balance. Through adjusting the spine, chiropractors can decrease pain and inflammation, restore the range of motion and ensure that all joints are functioning and moving properly. When functioning properly, the body heals and maintains itself. Chiropractors remove any interference in the body, so that the body can do its job. Dr. Lin uses a gentle, low-force approach to chiropractic care. The technique is safe on patients of all ages, bringing relief to people with a variety of health concerns. Older patients, or those with arthritis, osteoporosis or other bone-weakening conditions find the low-force thrust to be effective and gentle. The low-force thrust and the doctor's ability to pin point the exact location of the problem, can relieve a patient's pain without discomfort. Introducing Motorized Flexion/Distration

What Is Myofascial Release?
Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Trauma, inflammatory responses, and/or surgical procedures create Myofascial restrictions that can produce tensile pressures on pain sensitive structures. Traditional physical therapy treats only the symptoms caused by the pressure of the "straightjacketā€¯ of the Myofascial system. This is why so many patients only have temporary results. Myofascial Release eliminates the straightjacket that causes the symptoms. When medicine, traditional therapy or massage did not produce the desired results, Myofascial Release will safely and gently release the entire Myofascial restriction for lasting results.
